ITU BAP – YAP Project (August 2022 – Present) // Researcher- Developing an energy management system simulating various V2G (Vehicle-to-Grid) and G2V (Grid-to-Vehicle) scenarios under the Capability Area Project (YAP).
- Focusing on battery aging during simulations applied to stationary battery systems, electric cars, and electric bus fleets.
- Performing detailed optimization for durations and power levels of V2G and G2V operations.
- Estimating battery aging over long periods, such as 10 years, under V2G and G2V operations.

"Energy Management Based on Battery Health, Grid Interaction, Vehicle Control, and Multi-Criteria Route Planning"
ITU İLATAM – TÜBİTAK 1004 Project (January 2023 – Present) // Researcher- Developing energy management system hardware for electric vehicles considering battery aging.
- Creating the system on an electric vehicle digital twin running on a Raspberry Pi.
- Integrating a GPS module into the microcomputer to receive real-time speed inputs.
- Accurately estimating electric vehicle battery parameters, including State of Charge (SoC), State of Health (SoH), and total energy consumption.
- Transitioning to cloud systems for algorithms requiring higher processing power.
- Integrating route optimization to reduce battery aging into the energy management system.
